Mentoring is a salient issue in the personal and professional development of teachers. Questioning what mentors do, how they interact with mentées, and how mentors can be trained: these are subjects of this website, focusing on practical aspects of teacher‘s learning environments and in-service education.
Mentoring is considered to be one of the most critical issues in the professional development of teachers. In essence, it is the task of transforming and re-culturing the teaching profession itself by practitioners.
