Evaluation

The MINT project has included an evaluator as an investment in the project’s quality. The evaluation activities were based on the philosophy that evaluation may be considered a process of learning.

The evaluation should deliberately be organised as a learning process. This implies that the evaluation activities are chosen in such a way that they

• motivate the participants
• provide the participants with valuable feedback
• make participants reflect on their own learning;
• organise a professional dialogue among the participants on how to improve their practice.
