Mentoring
is seen as a learning partnership between two (or more) persons,
aiming at mutual professional empowerment
to ease induction and transition processes.
Mentor
is an experienced school teacher or an external teacher educator or
a head teacher from another school.
Mentée
is a student teacher during a short term practicum in a school or
a novice teacher in the Induction Phase or
a novice teacher in the beginning of her/his school practice or
a teacher concerned with career development.
